Anju Sabharwal,

An alumnus of IIT Delhi and XLRI Jamshedpur, she actively runs an HR consulting and coaching firm, Anju, a seasoned HR professional with 20 years plus experience across corporates like Citigroup, IBM and Vodafone at senior management level believes in the development of potential in people and has always made that her passion. She has been effectively partnering with senior leadership to frame business strategy, identify people implications, and accordingly design & deploy people practices. She is a PCC- ICF coach and has coached and mentored more than 1000 mid-level to senior managers/leaders. She has also been active in the space of diversity and inclusion and has won many accolades and awards recently being “the most influential woman leader of the year”. Anju believes in inspiring HR leaders to influence social giving as a part of corporate philosophy and would play a key role in our advisory board.


DR. Alok Sud,

Director-Professor (Orthopedics) at prestigious Lady Hardinge Medical College & Hospitals.

A medical doctor by profession, Alok is also a winner of the prestigious Commonwealth Fellowship and has been conferred Shri Banwari Lal Memorial Medal for best House Surgeon besides several professional affiliations, fellowships and honors.
He is Associate Editor, Journal of clinical Orthopedics and Trauma, Official Journal of Delhi Orthopedic association, an active member of Delhi Orthopedics Association and Indian Orthopedics Association, Life member, Pediatric Orthopedic surgeons of India, Life member of ASAMI, India, Fellow of International College of Surgeons (FICS) and Life member of Indian Society for Surgery of Hand. He has published over 25 scientific papers in well reputed national and international journals and had also authored text book of Orthopaedics for Under-graduate (MBBS) students.
Being in the medical professsion for almost 30 years Alok has seen the worst side of the illness and the pain the deprived have to go thru and is thus passionate about the social welfare of the less-blessed.


Rajneesh Wadhwa,

Clean Energy & Education professional

Rajneesh has an overall professional experience of over 30 years with the last several years dedicated towards reinventing the existing healthcare scenario by improving the quality and accessibility of healthcare delivery through skilled workers. He has successfully created First Responders in schools, corporates, and communities, developed paramedics and other allied healthcare professionals and in the process created employability for unemployed youth, specially the girls and women.
Rajneesh is also the Founder and Managing Director of CESA – Clean Energy South Asia, supporting clients in developing investment projects in renewable energy in South Asia. Prior to founding CESA, Rajneesh served as India Country Manager and Head of South Asia Research and Analysis for Morning Standard Clean Energy Finance (MSCEF), He also contributed to the United Nations Environment Programme Law Drafters’ Guide that catalogues sustainable energy laws from more than 50 countries.
Rajneesh works with several institutions of higher learning and is responsible for aligning academia and industry. Armed with Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Masters in International Political Economy from Boston University and a Doctorate from London Business School, he will drive the collaborative effort in driving the advisory board.

Ritesh, a competent professional, astute marketing professional and a dynamic self starter with a track record of steering challenging projects with 22 years of experience in Consumer Sales, Product & Channel Marketing, Integrated marketing communications, social media, for technology and other industries.
He is experienced in business planning for start-ups and has personal hands on experience in setting up and running a start up operation profitably. Armed as a Certified Six Sigma Green belt, he has been a recipient of several awards and recognitions across entire career span.
With deep insights into customer behavior and preferences, to engage them in lucrative interactions, he has successfully created proprietary revenue driven multidimensional projects, covering diverse arenas - Value Eco System Development (cross selling – using other people’s money), Pan Asia Pacific Channel Marketing, Customer Building Strategic Alliances and marketing awareness campaigns.
Academically, a management graduate and a certified professional from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in Business Excellence, Negotiation and Influence.


Satish Kapoor,

Founder Director-Brotherhood and We Care Film Festival

Satish is an Acharya Vinobha Bhave National Volunteer Awardee and co-author of the book on Quality Indicators for Inclusive Education”along with Prof. N K Jangira. Besides his multiple books on inclusive education.
As a Producer, Satish conceptualized and produced Indian National Anthem in Indian Sign Language featuring Mr. Amitabh Bachchan and children with disabilities. As a film maker, he has also produced three documentaries on disability issues.
Satish’s initiative of ‘We Care Film Festival’ collates and showcases films on disability issues. The festival has organised Film Festivals at 190 venues across India and other countries with more than 1200 short films and documentaries from approximately 150 countries. He is also a Convenor-Global Inclusive Education Network, promoting inclusive education by organising workshops and conferences across India in collaboration with prestigious Tata Institute of Social sciences, Mumbai.He also organizes `Rays of Colours Festival’ which is aims to showcase talent of artists with disabilities.
